1 Star — Completely Inflexible and Unwelcoming
Really disappointing experience. We arrived just 10 minutes late only because we couldn’t find parking anywhere nearby, and they still refused to let us join the class. What made it worse is that they wouldn’t reschedule — not for my casual pass and not even for my friend who has an ongoing subscription. No flexibility, no understanding, nothing. For a place that promotes wellness, the customer service was the complete opposite. Definitely not coming back.

I started with the 4 week trial and knew after my first class that I was going to be a member. The app is so easy to use, as well as being aesthetic and clean. Love it!!
