Power of Two - Mentoring

Power of Two is a peer-to-peer mentoring program that matches mentors and mentees based on shared experiences and their IBD journey. Through a time-bound, goal-oriented relationship, mentors support mentees in building confidence and taking practical, achievable steps toward improving their health or making informed decisions.
