Saved my bike

My bike was stolen at 1:30 am last night, FIN GPS led the police to their front door and I was able to recover my bike 7hrs after it was stolen. If it weren’t for FIN my bike would be gone, best money I’ve ever spent.

Not working

Not understanding how we are paying for a service that provides security yet devices dont work. I have literally sat and jumped up and down on vehicle and not 1 alert. Do the right thing and offer credits for the inconvenience of this service. Dont continue to bill someone for something that does not work.

No App Notifications only Text

This app is very basic. While I can update my text and email alerts, which I can already do from visiting their website, it doesn’t notify me using the app, which I would prefer much more.

One bug fix: after using find location now, the apps navigation buttons stop working. Front end devs, Please fix.

Bugs

When you tap to “find now” it shows the location but you aren’t able to close the map and go back to home, so you must close the app and open it again. This is new App, I had another one and it works fine...there are some bugs that they need to get fixed.
PS.: I got iPhone 11 pro max
