Saved my bike
My bike was stolen at 1:30 am last night, FIN GPS led the police to their front door and I was able to recover my bike 7hrs after it was stolen. If it weren’t for FIN my bike would be gone, best money I’ve ever spent.
Not working
Not understanding how we are paying for a service that provides security yet devices dont work. I have literally sat and jumped up and down on vehicle and not 1 alert. Do the right thing and offer credits for the inconvenience of this service. Dont continue to bill someone for something that does not work.

No App Notifications only Text
This app is very basic. While I can update my text and email alerts, which I can already do from visiting their website, it doesn’t notify me using the app, which I would prefer much more.
One bug fix: after using find location now, the apps navigation buttons stop working. Front end devs, Please fix.

When you tap to “find now” it shows the location but you aren’t able to close the map and go back to home, so you must close the app and open it again. This is new App, I had another one and it works fine...there are some bugs that they need to get fixed.

We really like this golf cart gps & phone app. It is very easy to use. We have multiple people that use our golf cart, including grandkids. Being able to set community boundaries and locate the cart instantly makes it much safer for everybody.
Not working on my iPhone XS Max
There are several things not working well on my iPhone XS Max. Button not responding well and not able to set device alerts. Sent message to FIN but no response. I happy to change my rating when this app works. Really disappointed I really like the service and previous experience.

The phone app is great! very user friendly, able to navigate thru the app, add my husbands phone # so he can also get the alerts. Set my Geofence at home. This phone app is sure has made my life easy! Thank you FIN GPS great phone app!!!!
