Yes the app has some issues once in a while. However, powerhouse seems to update the app and is always working to make things better with the app. The batteries are flawless!

An app couldnt be better. Yes there are some issues but the customer support backs it up 100%. Always nice talking to a human being than a robot. Absolutely love how I am able to see everything about my batteries

App needs major work
For a year I have had to constantly delete and reinstall the app to connect to my battery every time I use it, which is 225 days a year. Now, the last time I deleted the app to “reinstall” it it only let’s me “open” it from the App Store. The last 2 days it won’t open or connect until I restart my phone.
My 16V 48AH battery & 16V 20Amp both work great and would rate them 5Stars but this app is beyond frustrating.

Great app and even better batteries!
Batter and charger work very well
Pleased with the charger and the battery. Everything works without a problem Can’t say the same for the app from the App Store, it keeps stopping and I can’t get it to load anymore.
App needs updating
Batteries are awesome. Just like other review; if only the app could show ALL 3 batteries usage at same time. Would take it over the top.
App need battery overview
The phone can connect to multiple Bluetooth at one time, wish the app could show me an overview of all 4 of my batteries at one time.
