Camps & parties

First class as always, my son loves the camps, the coaches are always so friendly and good fun for the kids.

Recently booked his birthday here again, which he loves having it hear, the staff, coaches are always so accomadaying and freindly. I've recommended this place to my team I coach always. Love the place. Can't recommend it enough.

Updates

App Developers… please, there is no need to change the icon image for each event. I shouldn’t have to download an update every time it’s Valentine’s Day or Easter. It makes it harder to find the app on my home screen and means I can’t just use it each time as it constantly needs an update just to change the image.

Difficult to navigate and bugs

Bring back the old app please 🙏 No easy way to see league and next fixtures. Have to search leagues, find the league I’m looking for (Woking, Monday) and even then it doesn’t open. Hugely frustrating. Should be accessible by one click once logged in. Had to use the web app in the end as it simply doesn’t open. Never had an issue with old app - please sort the issues or rollback.

Terrible app on all areas

Format , set up , ease of use , speed , features - you name it this app is horrendous to use !
Don’t fix what’s not broke - the pitch invasion and power apps worked fine without issues.
New app has been over complicated yet lacks all the basic features that should be easy to navigate

Crashes every time

App does not show bookings

I can’t see my past block bookings or current / future bookings (as I could prior to the recent upgrade).

Rubbish

Awful app, old one was far better! Crashes whenever you try finding your league table. Cannot add an existing team, says I’m in a team from 8 years ago and no way to change it. Major improvements needed

Powerplay app was better

New app awful compared to Powerplay. Harder to find team/ league. Can’t see previous seasons. When league finished couldn’t see how the league actually finished.

Major faults

Cannot add my team to my account.
Friends who have had our team linked to their account find their team doesn’t link to fixtures or table.
Takes forever to find a specific league and results.
League table doesn’t fit within screen.
Some links simply don’t work.
Can’t pay for fixture on the same day - have to use the website.

Netball hard to find and when you try different areas the app kicks you out.

Unfortunately I don’t really get on with this new app, the last one was a lot more user friendly, the ‘my team’ section needs more info on it, the previous app showed the next 3 games, recent results and current table position, having this in one place was ideal, now we have to go searching for it, can we sort this?
