No custom pops for b9.5
I spent two grand on a stage two tune for my Audi S5, 2021 just for it to not have no custom tune for burbles after I fully straight piped, and the pops are still weak🤦♂️ wasn’t expecting this
Great app could be a bit better with features
The app is awesome loads fast and has cool gauges but limited features and customizable screen for the gauges other than that it would be 5 stars
Great app
App is genuinely easy to use, gives me all the info I need, and has never given me any sort of problems that a quick restart won’t fix. Really impressive considering lots of companies make accompanying apps that can’t do the most basic of things.
Perfect for beginners
For someone that new to the self tune culture tuning my 2019 B9 s4 was a breeze. I mean I did the whole thing in 30 mins with my iPhone! Step by step instructions so simple and easy that a child could do this. It has built in safety features so you don’t blow your car up lol. And did I mention you can do it from your phone! Customer support is S Tier. Very responsive and Informative. I’m enjoying my stage one tune on E85 and I would definitely recommend it to my peers.

Best upgrade
I have been in the car business since 2003. I have dealt with all the major brands. By far for highline the best bank for your buck is Audi. My opinion IE has been a godsend. I appreciate all their hard work and effort to maintain OEM standards while getting the best out of my Audi. My next car will be a Porsche. And I can’t wait to see what IE will do for that car. This tune is advertised at gains up to 120hp, but in real-world use it produces far less — closer to ~40hp based on logging and direct comparison.
Support does not provide free retunes as implied, and unresolved underperformance becomes a product issue, not user error.

Nice power but I can find the stages in powerlink prog ☹️🥺
User Friendly
Great app, easy to access what is necessary. Wish there was a little more depth but you can always bust out the laptop for that. Love the gauge monitor and constant code checking. Wonderful tool and easy to use platform with MASSIVE power gains!
Carplay
This app is amazing my car Has been tuned with IE for a year now but i would like to have the gauges accessibly with carplay instead of having to using my phone

Able to do a lot more with app before the last update. Am just patiently waiting for it to come back so I can do a dsg adaptation and wastegate adaptation. Not sure why the adaptations got removed but it really stinks not having them. I’d rather go through the powerlink app rather than OBDeleven. Looking as I have no choice since they’ve been gone for about a month now. PLEASE bring them back ASAP, need my car to run smooth!!
Other than that it’s awesome, I’ve flashed using both the app and laptop version. Laptop is definitely better and safer to do but not everyone has a windows laptop to run the program. Having a mobile scan tool thru the app is also great, you can do a big pull and can instantly check for codes.

Lack of effective support
Hi XODUS Performance — can someone from management please contact me directly regarding ongoing issues with my 2018 F-150 3.5L EcoBoost tune?
I’ve been working with support for over a month, providing multiple clean data logs, detailed technical information, and screenshots from your own published materials. Despite all of that, the tune on my truck still isn’t matching the performance claims advertised on your website, and I’ve now been told that the published information contains errors and that the tune cannot be adjusted.
At this point I would like to speak with someone above the support level who can address:
• The discrepancy between the advertised power gains and the actual results
• The admitted inaccuracies in the website marketing
• The inability to adjust or correct the tune
• A clear path toward resolution
I’m not here to attack anyone — I just want this handled appropriately.
Please have someone in management reach out to me directly so we can get this resolved.

CONNECTING THE POWER LINK TO APP is NOT WORKING
V4 power link for my Audi A5 is not working. We have updated the device and plugged it into the computer to do thag. Taken it out and plugged it into the car, turned on Bluetooth, turned on ignition, clicked scan and waited for it to connect, though it has not worked and we have tried even restarting the app and my phone, checked for updates and tried on different phones, still not working. Keeps saying error your cabile device isn’t working or somthing and the light is flashing green so it should be able to connect, we have asked ai to help and maybe give a different way but it hasn’t worked so please IE company reach out to help!!

Mobile tuning
Sure would have been nice of IE to be more transparent regarding their tuning at home issues with certain VW models. They claim the ecu isn’t capable of something 034 already figured out.. go revo or 034 for at home tuning.

Flashing error
Current update does not allow flashing. Goes through very fast but then hits 100% and pops up with an error. Current tune stays on the car and it doesn’t brick the ecu but unable to actually reflash to a new tune
It’s ok sometimes
It has worked good in the past but the app will keep on crashing now every time I try opening it on an iPhone 15 by the way

What an update this is. I haven’t been using my Audi lately and had to download the tuner wizard on my wife’s laptop to retune and saw this new mobile tuning setup from your phone and it’s the coolest thing ever. My life just got so much easier. No more laptop to do logs, just reach for my phone. I highly recommend
