About

PowerNapTime is a calm, focused nap timer built around one promise: every nap has a clear latest wake time. Choose a quick preset or set your own duration, confirm the exact wake deadline, and begin in a tap. On iOS 26 and later, authorized System Alarms sound through Silent Mode and Focus. Earlier systems and denied alarm access use ordinary notifications. The app explains volume and permission settings and includes a 10-second test for checking your locked-phone setup. Smart Wake can look for a favorable wake opportunity during the final configurable wake window using Apple Watch motion and optional heart-rate signals, or private on-device iPhone microphone sensing. Audio is processed into numerical features and is not saved or uploaded. If sensing is unavailable or confidence is insufficient, the hard-deadline alarm remains the fallback. Smart Wake is an estimate, not a clinical sleep-stage measurement. Features include: - Reset, Power Nap, 45-minute Recharge, 120-minute Full Cycle, and editable custom presets - Preset-specific final wake windows: 20 minutes for Recharge and 30 minutes for Full Cycle - Exact wake-deadline previews and optional settling buffer - Configurable wake windows, alarm sounds, haptics, and gentle escalation - Native Apple Watch quick start, active-session status, and wake controls - Optional Apple Health sleep history and on-device nap trends - Concise wake summaries with a refreshed rating and optional note - Light, dark, dim, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and Reduce Motion support - No account, advertising, analytics SDKs, or cloud profile PowerNapTime is a wellness utility, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, guarantee a particular sleep stage, or replace professional medical advice. Only you can set system alarm volume. Raise alarm volume in Settings > Sounds & Haptics and test before relying on it. Ordinary notification alerts remain subject to Silent Mode, Focus, and notification sound settings.
