Settings don’t work - cannot select retailer

I purchased the Nix thinking it would provide RGB color codes as advertised. It does not. Instead, it tries to find close matches.

The product description also says you can search by various retailers. Since the settings don’t work, it defaulted to PPG Paints, which had no exact match.

Huge disappointment for a device that cost almost $100.

Only support for PPG paints

This used to support other paint colors and now it’s just for PPG paints. Very disappointing

No paint vendors

It is advertised that you will have access to colors from popular paint vendors. The only options showing available are PPG.
