Can’t get this to download any protocols.
Can’t get this to download any protocols without being redirected back to the App Store to a blank screen.
Confused about payment
I swear I bought PPP a few years ago. Now it wants me to pay for another app. Did the app I paid for go freeware and then try to make me pay again?

Tried to download a protocol for one of the counties I work in. Got error message that I need to download the paramedic protocol provider app to get the protocol! That app costs $10.00!
Not working no response from support.
App no longer works. I have the same problem from the last review that I can see posted from years ago. Pop up window that states app needs updated. Clicks on update stars no update is available. Go to App Store to update no updates available .
Useless
Go to download protocols. Get error “sorry, you have to download the paid version”. 0 stars.
Can’t install update
Love the app but it is clunky and it is always a pain to update. This time however, I can’t update at all.

Not a review but a question
I like this app. Very handy. My question is I get a window that’ll pop up saying that the app needs updated. I go to the bottom of the app where it says updates and click on it. When I do, it says no updates are available? Why is that?

Please check out Paramedic Protocol Provider, which has the NY protocols listed on https://www.acidremap.com. None of them are in PPP Agency at this time.

This app stinks!!!!!
I have emailed for them to add my county's protocols two times and still nothing. Wish they at least got back with me and gave me an update. Wast of money don't buy!!!!

Very limited protocols for Ca. Several of the biggest counties are missing.
Great App for EMS
We've had our SDO's with Oded for a few years now and we are beyond pleased. Our crews love the app so much that we're working with him on a custom app specific for our agency.
Great app
The fact that I can access my regional protocols is extremely valuable. Author is very responsive to updates as posts them ASAP. Protocol is accurate and appears exactly as on the regional website. Very happy with this app!
