Would be nice to be able to attach pictures when chatting with a representative.
Glitches badly
The app is generally quite good, but it would be more beneficial for users if it allowed purchasing directly from IPBS.
The most disappointing aspect is the frequent glitches when attempting to log in or search for parts.
