Взагалі не працює і не онвлюється
Жахливий додаток був. А тепер взагалі не працює. Змушений користуватись жалюгідним пультиком який був в комплекті. Шкодую що придбав цей рекуператор.

It would be great if it would be possible to limit Auto+ mode to speed level 1.

Nelze přihlásit k účtu
Iphone 15 - nefunguje přihlášení k účtu. Stále Network error. Jednotky lze ovládat pouze lokálně přes BT. V podstatě nepoužitelné.
Just bad
I don’t really mind the poor design as long as te app works. But the app has been poorly tested, has a lot of bugs. Recently I cannot connect using wifi anymore from the app. When I try to login I always get network error. This used to work. If I tru to reconfigure the wifi I get a blank white page.

Spesso quando sono via da casa non riesco più a controllare le Vmc, perché non sono più visibili. Il prodotto viene venduto con la possibilità di controllo da remoto, si prega di correggere gli errori. Grazie
Cannot login
It's been over a month when I cannot login because there is a "Network error". Tried everything, reset the password, reinstall the app, etc. The user and password is fine, works well when logged from the website. The app is rubbish
Vmc sparite..
Configuro 2 vmc sul posto, torno a casa, di conseguenza mi aggancio ad altro Wi-Fi e , come per incanto, le due vmc sono scomparse dalla configurazione. Adesso voglio vedere come posso gestire le vmc da remoto..boh. Ma volete sistemare queste problematiche? Sono macchine da migliaia di euro!

Wi-Fi постоянно отваливается, при повторном подключении создаются дубл устройства. Включить автоматический режим не реально

Perde le impostazioni di continuo, dice che il dispositivo non è disponibile!!! Peccato, mi era stato detto di usare solo l’app al posto del telecomando
Есть проблемы при добавлении в облако
Из 3 устройств в облако добавилось только одно, хотя все 3 подключены к Wi-Fi. Устройство пишет, что все хорошо,перезагружается, но к облаку не подключается и остается доступно только по bt, без пароля на подключение

Niestety usługi w chmurze działają jak chcą. Czasem tydzień jest ok ale najczęściej niestety wykresów w bieżącym dniu nie zobaczymy choć tygodniowe/miesięczne są dostępne bez problemu
Wi fi inutilizzabile
E praticamente impossibile configurare la Wi-Fi. Fatto una decina di volte la registrazione su diverse mail ma nulla. Non arriva la mail di conferma, nemmeno negli spam. Direi app abbastanza inutile. Doveva essere il valore aggiunto ma così non serve a nulla. Molto deluso.

Я проектировщик интерфейсов с 10ти летним стажем. Это худшее приложение по управлению бытовой техникой из всех что я видела. Подключение к wifi не даёт фитбек- непонятно ты подключился или нет. При переподключении система создает дубликат твоего устройства но со значком перечеркнутого wifi и паролем для запуска устройства! Который я не ставила! Ввела 0000 - подошел.

Improved versus previous one
Application is a bit more polished compared with the old version.
I need your help in addressing at least 2 aspects:
1. In order to solve some bugs with the sensors, device is performing a form of self restart every x hours and seems to be done automatically. Can you please schedule them during day time? Or, ideally, allow consumers to set them. (I have the old version also, where I needed to disconnect them so that sensors reset/work)
2. On the schedule tab there is a bug. If you want to have your device to start daily at 1500 and turn off next day at 0900 you can not do it.
Please solve this point it's embarrassing, these are devices that are used also in the bedroom not only living room.

Un ottimo sistema di vmc con la peggiore app
Roba da vergognarsi!
Inutile elencare i bug dell’app. Sono troppi! Fareste più figura a non averla! Sistematela rendendola all’altezza del prodotto.
