Sorry the app didn't work for you. Your review doesn't say what failed, so our best guess: in version 1.0, some iPhones could show "Ready" before the language packs had finished downloading. That's fixed in the latest version — please update and check that Settings → Languages shows English and German as "Downloaded". Since 1.0 we've also added Stream mode for TV and lectures, Siri and Action button support, and a "Contact support" button in Settings. If it still doesn't work, write to support@getprau.com with your iPhone model and we'll make it right. — Liliia, Prau

Language packs are downloaded once and then translation is fully offline.

In face-to-face mode, the phone is placed between users. Each person sees the screen oriented correctly for them, in their own language, and speaks in turn. This mode is designed for interactions at hotel desks, pharmacies, taxis, or shops.
