Sorry the app didn't work for you. Your review doesn't say what failed, so our best guess: in version 1.0, some iPhones could show "Ready" before the language packs had finished downloading. That's fixed in the latest version — please update and check that Settings → Languages shows English and German as "Downloaded". Since 1.0 we've also added Stream mode for TV and lectures, Siri and Action button support, and a "Contact support" button in Settings. If it still doesn't work, write to support@getprau.com with your iPhone model and we'll make it right. — Liliia, Prau
