It would be a pretty good app to have if it would update all the information. It has not put in any of my information so it really isn't helpful or useful to me.

Awesome tool for any loan officer, realtor and home buyer. Provides detailed payment information on prospective homes and provides the ability to receiver instant pre-approval letters. Also provides updates on the loan process to all parties involved and the ability to submit conditions using your phone camera. A must use app on all transactions!

My husband and I love this app! It is so nice to be able to plug in the numbers and be able to see what our monthly mortgage would be so we can find a price range of houses to look at! LOVE this app!!

Game Changer!
I've used the app with only a few of my clients so far, but it is already saving me time. I've also received one referral from an agent partner of mine who told another agent in her office. It's a new app and there are a few small bugs, but they continue and fix them.
