Going to CDL school working on my pre trip it’s has visual truck helps you with your dmv test and the process love the app helps me a lot and you can do hands on work on the app

It say I purchase the app for $5.99 and now it take me to the user name and password but there nowhere to sign up for it to even get started it I tried to login by think this right screen but it gives me error code need help a.s.a.p!!!!!

I purchased the app for $5.99. Then it brings you to a sign up screen. After I typed in my information, an error appeared at the bottom of the screen that says "Error, try to upload information again".
