Poor customer support

I just recently purchased some e-books and after payment I don’t even know where to look for the products I purchased.

Very iffy since it’ll ask for your Facebook log in and passcode and still not work. For your own safety, do not use this app.

It says I need valid email or password. It was definitely a valid email, and with the password, I think I got it all right. Why can’t I sign up?
