Poor customer support
I just recently purchased some e-books and after payment I don’t even know where to look for the products I purchased.
App does not work
Very iffy since it’ll ask for your Facebook log in and passcode and still not work. For your own safety, do not use this app.
CAN’T SIGN UP
It says I need valid email or password. It was definitely a valid email, and with the password, I think I got it all right. Why can’t I sign up?
No more precious pages ireader?
I can’t find the precious pages ireader app. The link in your site is not working as well. This is so sad.
Nothing major.
Had to tap the search bar to show up the keyboard after I tapped the search icon. It should be automatic, no? And the search result is not accurate. When I typed in a name of an author, other authors shows up! Do you even care about our reviews?
