100% would reccomend. Its a great app that tracks everything you need to know and every exercise has video to support it if you dont know what something is.

PPI’s online specialized program for people with pulmonary conditions makes exercising available for anyone and anywhere! I wouldn’t be able to exercise so often without it. I’ve seen huge improvements thanks to the program!
