Good app except drivers lights
Paired iPhones and iPads and has stayed paired for 2 years so far without having to pair again.
Only one issue and not sure if it’s the Apple or the physical unit itself in the RV.
The “driver’s” lights over the driving seats have a will and mind of their own. Randomly light up for no discernible reason. Wake up in middle of night and they’ve turned on. Also do this a dozen times daily.
2023 Fleetwood Bounder and only recourse was to disconnect all lights over the driver and passenger seats.
Shutting them off back at fuse/control menu panel failed to resolve.

Good app - when it works
I love the features of the app but it constantly looses its pairing with the main console. When this happens it is a pain to repair, especially because of where my main console is located.
No Ac control
So my Precision Plex board on my RV stopped working thought I could control everything with my phone most important thing to control AC in the summer. I guess I’m out of luck over the weekend. Come on get this fixed and updated guys.
No control and only 5’ from rv
So, I was under the impression when we bought this RV that we could monitor all systems from anywhere our phone worked. Well, that could not be further from the truth! If I move more than 5’ from the RV all I get is a blank screen. What gives? I expected more from this company as in their app actually works!

Did the update and now doesn’t work.
Not sure what was updated. Clearly it doesn’t work with my 2021 Fleetwood Flair. Tried to remove the app and reinstall but that didn’t work and not it says model not found wait for update.
This company has no idea how much Rvers rely on apps like this one. How about another update or tell us how to roll back to an older version.
But you probably don’t care or don’t read the reviews.

5.4.7 broke my app
5.4.7 has broken my access, the app doesn’t open any longer. 2024 update broke my 2021 GD7 operation.
It would be nice to be able to roll back.

Opens and crashes immediately. Very upset I downloaded the latest version, was glitchy before, Now it doesn’t work at all. How do i get the previous glitchy version back?
Worked perfectly until this update! Would rate 5 before now 1
App won’t load at all. Reinstalled and now says not compatible with this model. Great that you updated it to keep current but SAS it won’t work with previous models. Depend on this every day.
Update ruined app
Did the update and now just get a black screen while using the app. Nothing works.

Love this app but I am a little perplexed as to why it wouldn’t control the thermostat.

Turned it on during recent trip, message said update completed, now it doesn’t work.

Doesn’t work at all. Previous versions did but the current one is completely broken, won’t pair, no funtionality at all.

Nice, I can do all the other basic stuff like open my slides when I’m not around….. but seriously, still no HVAC controls? The HVAC that’s controlled through the same module as everything else, can’t pull it off..

No AC control function? Really?
A couple of handy features, but no AC control makes this fairly useless.
Model RV removed from Pairing List
Prior to last update we were able to control our multiplex wiring via our iPhone in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35P. Since the last update we are no longer able control the multiplex wiring with our phones as during pairing mode it states unable locate model type
Works great on my 2021 GT5 & iPhone 14 iOS 16.3
I have been using Precision Plex in my 2021 Forest River Georgetown motorhome with no issues. I have had it on my Android phone and now on my Apple 14 iPhone with no issue. Bluetooth works great as long as you have your phone updated.
The program does what it does and it’s limited to the hardware inside your GT. Others ask for stuff but need different system hardware in your rig so asking for changes to an app won’t magically get it.
The few times I needed to ask a question I always got Outstanding service from Customer Service orTechnical Service.

Works great. Easy setup
Select pair on plex panel and connect to app. Works great. Roll in the awning from outside. Turn on the water pump and so on.

This app is the biggest failure of any app I have EVER used. Do not waste your time with it!!!
Why not ac control
The example shows ac control yet mine doesn’t show it or allow it. What am I missing?
