Just spins. Looking for an update. Informs me to update, but no update option. Have removed and reinstalled twice (not from the cloud) Please advise.

I’m giving 5 stars only because I have never had an issue. I do not want to give less to affect the overall reviews. However this issue is not only frustrating but unproductive. I trust it is a glitch and will be corrected.
