Tickets don’t show and app is useless
No workie
I’ve used this app in the past and purchased tickets for tonight. I’ve deleted, closed/opened and it’s still not working… printed tickets it is!
This isn’t even an app
It’s just a blank black page. I spent almost 100 dollars on a Chevelle ticket and have my bank receipt and prekindle says I don’t exist. This is worse than Ticketmaster

Log in and only see a black screen.
Horrible app
This app does not work. You are forced to print your tickets for each event. This website only gives you access to print your tickets right before the event. I thought the whole purpose of having a ticket app was to eliminate the need for printing paper tickets! I suggest that any event planner use a different platform for ticket sales

App doesn’t work
High service fees and zero service. App doesn’t work beyond login. Shows “select event” and a black screen. Only option is to “log off”. Uninstalled, re-installed. Nothing works. Fix your issue please.
This app flat out doesn’t work anymore.
Sign in to view tickets, nothing. Wind up having to use website anyway.
Great for scanning tickets
This app is great for scanning in tickets at events. Been using it for years. Not sure why all these other reviews think it’s a mobile version of the Prekindle website. It clearly says in the description that it is an app that lets your iOS device be usable as a ticket scanner.
Useless app
Website is also useless. Not sure why anyone would use this service. Hopefully I can get in to the show I’m going to, no way of checking.

I can log onto the website and view my tickets, when you log onto this app it does nothing except show a blank screen. Worst app ever. They need to fix, I would’ve given them no stars if I could.

Doesn’t show tickets
If I log on to the web, it shows my tickets. Logging into the app with the same account, shows nothing.

What a waste of time
App doesn't work after login
I can login and then just get a "select event" screen but no events listed, way to search for an event, or even a way to see events I've already purchased tickets for through the actual website. I can literally just login and that's it. Please fix your app so it actually works.
Won't log me in after many attempts!
It keeps telling me that I can't log in due to no wireless connection (I'm under wifi) and also to change my password after I've changed it like at least 4 times
