Completely useless app

Absolutely dire user experience. I can log into ticket web on google or other search engine, yet this app doesn’t accept my login details?

Even when I click “forgot” nothing happens.

Can’t sign in

Like others, I cannot sign in with my ticket web credentials. Reset my PW, still didn’t work

Cannot change or update your password and the link for Forgot Password, doesn’t allow you to create a new password. Ridiculous 🤬
