Absolutely dire user experience. I can log into ticket web on google or other search engine, yet this app doesn’t accept my login details?

Can’t sign in
Like others, I cannot sign in with my ticket web credentials. Reset my PW, still didn’t work
Not user friendly
Cannot change or update your password and the link for Forgot Password, doesn’t allow you to create a new password. Ridiculous 🤬

Crap poop
Like everyone is saying. You can’t login to this craptastic poop festival of an app to see or use tickets you just bought. Zero stars or negative stars are what this app should be rated

This app has a feature to type your barcodes number but how is that possible? I don’t see numbers from a black colored box and I can’t view my ticket.
Cannot login
Like many other users, I cannot login to view my tickets. The latest update as of August 22, 2023 has not fixed the problem.
Can’t log in on app on phone
I can log in to ticketweb via a Google search on my iPad with no problem but I can’t log in on app on iPhone, I even changed my password to see if that helped but no. I cannot get in to the app so I have no option but to print my tickets.

What a crap app
It won’t even let me log into my account let alone see my tickets!
Frustrating
On my PC when I originally purchased my tickets, I used the ‘sign in with facebook’ feature on the Ticket Web website. However, this app doesn’t seem to include that feature and I am unable to log into my account on the app.
