Can’t sort or filter attendees by ticket type or first name. Plus guests don’t come within the same list.
Hard to reset
By my mistake i set my event to close the same day. But i didn’t check the time. At the moment to open the door. The tickets wasn’t working and i couldn’t reset the time to continue with the ticked sales
People have to fill in MORE info when they purchase add ons
Each person on a ticket has to register…and then if they purchase add ons they have to add their registration info AGAIN per person per add on? WHY?? Do you know how tedious, discouraging, and absolutely unnecessary this in? Fix this please.
Horrible interface
I’m running multiple events on EB and when I log into Organizer I can change events. What good is this if I can’t see ALL my events.
Better than average mobile app version alternative to desktop.
As many of the functions that the desktop backend has. Not all of them, but most of the major ones in the app is fast and readable and organized. Good job.
