This app doesn’t let you sign in. Even after multiple attempts, it just stays on the sign in screen.

Most frustrating platform ever. AI support is of no help whatsoever. 10 thumbs down.
Not user friendly
This is very frustrating and difficult to navigate. There are too many screens And no clear directions.
Lack of customer support
For over a month and into this day. Eventbrite hasn’t released my funds for my event. A once a day AI generated response daily for weeks. There are better companies that will host your events. I will be seeking legal action.
Needs Some Work
Gets the basic jobs done but needs an ability to edit events in app & a separate app for just check-ins so i dont have to give ticket handlers my account details. There needs to be a way for multiple people to be able to check in without having full access to account/show details.
Save button missing when editing Tickets on apple mobile browser.
On iPhone Safari mobile web the Save button is missing when editing tickets, and it affects all events. It was there before. Where am I supposed to leave this feedback? It’s like impossible to report it anywhere else on the website. Smh.

Absolutely THE WORST EVENT APP
I have been a client of event break for 14 years. I have hosted hundreds of events. In the last year, Eventbrite has been charging double payments to my customers, resulting in thousands of dollars of refunds. The ticketing module works occasionally, resulting in events that are only halfway full. Eventbrite has just sold to a new company, and I can tell you do not take a chance. Find a different ticketing agency if you are a professional and rely on events for income. Truly, the worst of the worst.

I love having the app to check ticket sales status. It is a bit glitchy sometimes but shutting down and opening backup can help.

Not worth downloading
I cannot believe this hap came access the draft event you created. Only create new ones. I bet you cannot event see number of tickets purchased etc . I am gong back the PC version. Wasted my valuable time with downloading this app.

The apps is good , but it doesn’t let you create or Edit events

Cannot get a link to the event to share with people. No such option.
Can’t log in
I’m hosting an event today and I can’t log into the app. The website is acting slow and the app itself isn’t logging me in so it’s completely useless
