Rudeness
I was given no choice but to book a ticket via Eventbrite. This was for a 5:30 pm midweek event. The day before, I am advised that I would need to attend early to ensure I get a seat as the event has been oversubscribed. How about assuming that most people do the right thing and would cancel if they couldn't make it? How about making cancellation an easy option and letting people know this instead of making a mild threat that they won't get a seat?
I book in advance just so I CAN get a seat, knowing it's hard to be somewhere at 5:30.
