Tickets not appearing on app
I purchased two separate tickets - the app was not displaying them it was so confusing.
Repetition
Buying 4 tickets for Scottie show and having to put details for every attendee was laborious 😕

I bought tickets to a show that was canceled due to a power outage. I want to check on the amount, which I can't figure how to do on the app. In trying to get to "chat", I get stuck in a loop between entering my password and proving I'm human. Very frustrated.

Brilliant App
This app has brought me much joy, helped save me from boredom many times and has brought me closer to other people and made me new friends/contacts…
However, I do think there needs to be a little more attention paid by hosts of events and a tighter vetting process with more rigorous scrutiny about posting the location details as some of the events are hard to find and I’ve now been to three which were actually ghost bogus or fake events…! 🤦🏻♂️

App clunky
Difficult to select different payment types. Fields are buggy have to repeatedly enter the same information. Took 20 minutes to book 1 ticket.
No Dark Mode
Glitchy and No dark mode - really hurt eyes at night and unusable
Trustworthy
This service is always useful for quick, certain ticket purchases. I use it a lot to book theatre tickets, as it’s always a clear system to use. Its only feature I have an issue with is its recommendations of “local” events. They do sometimes tend to be quite far and I’m not sure if there’s a way to make it so that this doesn’t happen, but it is frustrating when it recommends something only for you to realise its been sold out for a while.

Barely gets it right!!
I like the streamlined setup and organization, except, sometimes I will like a little event with a heart, show up, and it appears that the event does not exist! Either it is at a wrong location or it has not been planned prior. A waste of time!
