Paid by Apple Pay but didn’t get ticket
Paid for my ticket with Apple Pay but did not receive my ticket. Had to pay with credit card directly. Got an error message but also the bank charge.

Constantly loses my tickets
If I sign up by a URL on a web browser (not via the app), it never associates the tickets to my account regardless if I login before/after on the browser. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL!!! BUYER BEWARE FOR EXPENSIVE EVENTS!
Unusually Difficult to use
Awkward and unnecessary confusing to use. Also one has to re-enter basic user information with each order rather than having it stored. I would gladly use an alternative website to get these tickets.
Big Brother
Eventbrite won’t let me add an event to iCal unless I grant the app full permissions to access my phone. No thanks Big Brother.
Can’t add event to calendar
It’s 2026 and this app still doesn’t let you to simply add an event (one-off) into your iPhone calendar. I have to manually copy and paste details over, otherwise I must either sub to their calendar or give them full access to my calendar. Geez Eventbrite, just be like other apps and let me click a link to add this one event into my calendar!

Different Apple email
I use the Apple account login to create an account and when I go to check out on my tickets, there's another Apple email, can't update it and I'm not receiving the email.
