Rudeness
I was given no choice but to book a ticket via Eventbrite. This was for a 5:30 pm midweek event. The day before, I am advised that I would need to attend early to ensure I get a seat as the event has been oversubscribed. How about assuming that most people do the right thing and would cancel if they couldn't make it? How about making cancellation an easy option and letting people know this instead of making a mild threat that they won't get a seat?
I book in advance just so I CAN get a seat, knowing it's hard to be somewhere at 5:30.

I have been using Eventbrite to book tickets and I like that it is simple and easy to use. Events can be added to your calendar too which is helpful.

I’ve been using Eventbrite for quite some time and I absolutely love it. It is one of a few platforms that I use when looking for things to do over the weekend or in the month to come.

Idk what updates they made recently but this app is completely unusable. I’ve even checked for further updates. Nothing.
Too many glitches
App did not let me adjust my email from personal to business for different events
