Updates

I been trying to log in into my account so hard, never had a problem until they updated their system. This is the last year I will be using blue cross blue shield with Premera

Useless

When I attempt to log in it tells me that I need to go to their website. Huh? So, what is the app for?

Totally useless app.

Nurse lines always waste 30 minutes of my time then

Nurse lines always waste 30 minutes of my time then tells me to see a doctor.
Always 100 questions, why save the answers about my medical history instead of spending 15 minuta on the phone about it, then 15 min in current systems, the 1 minute on telling me what to do is ALWAYS binary (1) go see a doctor, (2) wait a few days and go see a doctor.

Log in does not work

App does not work. Website does. just use MyChart!!

Timed out every appointment

First off anyone using this app isn’t in good health and isn’t feeling their best. When we aren’t feeling great we want things to be simple and easy. This app seemed like that with the on demand doctors.

Well this app isn’t that. I just wasted over an hour trying to get an appointment setup with a doctor. Every time I would put all of my info in only to be kicked out when I hit the final submit button to send my symptoms to a doctor.

The app doesn’t work. They now have my card info and other personal information despite not even being able to provide me with their advertised service. I’d give the app a 0/5 if it were possible. Truly a waste of my time, urgent care would be faster and just as cheap.

Teladoc doesn’t load

Click primary care, tries to load Teladoc, crashes and returns to previous page.

Worthless

I can NEVER login. I continually get the “something went wrong. It’s not you, it’s us”…error. I then have to use a browser. I’ve deleted and reinstalled so many times. I’m now deleting forever.

Sign in to teladoc

How do I link and existing teladoc account in the MyCare app. In the my care app it keeps asking me to activate teladoc but I already have an account.

Not working

First time I’ve used the app and it’s not working. With no other telehealth options I’m extremely frustrated. What’s the point of a benefit if it’s not useable.

Have to set up a new account every time you want to see a doctor

This app is not helpful in any way. Not sure if it’s a bug in the version I have (latest version as of 1/7/2023) There is no option to sign-in, only to sign up. I just want to set up a telehealth visit for my son and it won’t allow me to without setting up another account. I mean, I could keep setting up new email accounts but how is that helping? Please fix this so we can access the services we are paying for.

Does not work for individual plans

This app looks nice but if you have an individual plan you are out of luck. That’s a really shame since I pay so much for insurance in the first place.

No “virtual ID card as promised”

Installed it because they claim it has “Digital ID card - show it at doctor visits”.
Except it does not: there are virtual care options, and a “more” section with terms and conditions, “your rights” and such. The app is quite useless

It forwards you to more apps

It’s not even a thing. It will just forward you to outside services to download more apps or make more accounts. It’s a pain the butt. The 98 text dr options takes half an hour to get started. Same with dr on demand. It says “hassle free” immediate care. Yeah, nah it’s pretty useless. Just call any drs. Office or google it. This is a waste of time.

Update: most of the accounts and apps if you read the disclaimers sounds like they give away all your info whenever they want. This is just absurd.

Useless

When you go to have a virtual visit it just directs you tot he App Store to download yet another app, another username and password. It is a useless app and they overcharge to begin with. I hate Health insurance. Pay more, get less.

Eh

It’s literally just an app containing links to other apps to actually do anything. The only thing this is good for is viewing your card. Would rather just use the website

They were here for me at 4am 👍🏼👍🏼 A+

I got beat up at a 7-11 by a random lady that refused to wear a mask at 2 in the morning. I have ptsd and I was having a hard time getting it out of my head. I got to talk to someone who sent me resources for therapists and they are checking in on me later. They really are 24/7 CARE. thank you so much

Can’t do much

The doctors can’t do anything or won’t. Why have a service if you are going to just be giving advice a nurse can give. You’re a dr maybe don’t work for a company like this if you just want to practice as a nurse. I have an infection, I know I do… I have had this before but because the dr can’t examine me they weren’t able to do anything. Ok that’s fine, but don’t have an app that charges me, my insurance etc for a visit when you are strapped and can’t do anything without examining a patient. I’d say working from home isn’t working for you and definitely not your patients, maybe get a job in urgent care.

Too simplified

This app needs to provide information telling patients what this virtual medical platform/providers can and can’t do to help their patients. I just wasted $40 for a doctor to tell me he can’t help me.
