TERRIBLE
I need to check my bank account balance to make certain I have enough money for food, but the app will not even load past the cover screen! It’s even started just opening a blank white screen when I open the app. I’ve tried to get on on my family member’s phones and the same thing is happening! Completely inconvenient and unacceptable.

75% of the reason I will not switch banks, is because of this banking app! I’ve had it for a long time && have had only a few minor issues!
