their subscription system is very vague and is designed to confuse you and make more money. It’s also not possible to use the classes that you paid for if you cancel a subscription.

Good app overall just wanted to give a suggestion can you make the board interaction bigger than the camera picture or maybe floating camera so my kids can see full presentation and interact with the teacher on the writing please?
PREPLY app is poor
Teachers are great. But the app itself is NOT user-frieendly。 if your subscription expires, good luck in trying to get back on where you were before. Spent hours trying to do that….even my teacher s can’t help in this.

This app is perfect for anyone that is wanting or interested in learning a new language or improving on school work. So many languages and tutors to pick from, and a wide range of prices (you can still get multiple tutors for $10 or less per session. As suppose to the typical $30 or more per session) making it accessible for families that either don’t have a lot of money or are very frugal. Predatory behaviour - Go elsewhere!
Absolute predatory behaviour from this company that make it purposely difficult to unsubscribe from your subscription and whose support and AI tell you incorrect information.
The website and app are solely designed to be as convoluted as possible and CONSTANTLY try and force you into buying more lessons, booking more lessons etc and it’s very easy to misunderstand and click the wrong button, then bam, you’ve bought more lessons to which they don’t refund you, or only partially refund you.
There is no option to pay as you go when you need lessons without subscribing, you can only join a subscription which auto renews… which you can cancel although that in and of itself is convoluted since it asks you 4-5 times to reconsider.
Would recommend using a different learning website which has a better moral compass.

No refund
System not allowing me to refund. The lessons need to be under a tutor even if you find the tutor not suitable for you
This app is a scam
I’ve taken 3 lessons and learned nothing. The tutor was not interested in teaching me and there were too many technical difficulties with their screen sharing and the app’s video. I asked them to refund my balance and the admin won’t. I believe it’s a fake site for dating, not learning.
