Whats going on?
I used to love my device, now it seems like I have to keep the app opened if i want my device to change pictures, it makes no sense
Very Disappointed
After using my presence for just over a year, it stopped working. I tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and still nothing. I’ve reached out via email (as that’s the only way) and have yet to get a response.
Display won’t sync
Wonderful idea if the display would sync to the app. I even bought the annual subscription but if it doesn’t work on the display it’s a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
Doesn’t work consistently
When it works it’s nice to have, but it stops working way too often so it’s off more than it’s on.
Constant upkeep
Had this for a couple years and it never works it stays frozen on one picture. I have tried everything to no avail. I like the concept. But it is just an overpriced poster at this point
