I’ve used it and it worked before now it don’t connect to let me see the video
Never streams. Videos work, no streaming.
It used to stream or view remotely, the year nothing. Looked at fixes on A I but nothing worked. Deleted and reinstalled. Rebooted phone. Ugh.

Every time I attempt to get pro version the app shuts down.
Is this app dead?
Cannot Login, Reset Password, or create new account. It looks like the app hasn’t been updated in years. I reached out to support but haven’t heard anything. Is this app dead?
Reset password
App is lame, first time user and registered as a new user and says my email already exists. Tried to reset password and got an email to reset but there’s no reset link, it takes me back to the home page to sign in. Deleted the app. Waste of time.

Awesome
I have been using the free version of Presence for over 4 years. It is an awesome app that lets you use old cellphones as security cameras. Well worth installing!
Can’t delete account
Downloaded the app and decided it wasn’t for me. After months of trying and putting in helpdesk requests I still can’t get a response nor my account deleted!

Recording works but live-streaming no longer available, at least on Standard free plan. Disappointing. Do better.

Not able to view from iPhone
Using my iPad as the camera the iPhone is no longer able to view live and says connecting but never connects:(
I used to love this app
I got a notification the certificate has expired & a possible data leak so I should change my password. I tries but got another stating a website may be impersonating Presence. It took me to X-Dailey. I looked it up & it’s associated with an auto company. I’m very sad this is no longer supported.

Lists my device but will not connect, will not delete my account. A huge waste of time.

it just will not work reliably for me - one ipad i am trying to use is fairly old, but the app is supported and i thought that was the whole idea: use old kit? very occasionally my phone can connect but nothing like reliably and the whole whole experience is extremely sluggish - sadly for my wallet, it seems alfred is the only decent solution in this space..

Can’t rest password
I’m guessing there is no more support for this. I tried resetting my password but all I get is a link to their login/sign up page. No other method to contact them

Tried the app, not working. Plus it’s a Chinese company. Now way.
No longer works
I have used this app for at least 8 years maybe longer and it was amazing as a second monitor. But it will no longer connect to remote cameras. I have tried everything that has worked in the past…from deleting the apps on both devices…to searching for updates on both devices(none available for either)…to turning devices off and rebooting. Very disappointed and it leaves me to go elsewhere. And perhaps the most frustrating part is the time I’ve lost attempting to get it to work. Leaving it and coming back to it days/weeks later just certain it will work this time and then going through all the troubleshooting steps all over again.
