PLEASE FIX !!!
Always seems to be some sort of issues, and usually it’s getting the videos to load onto the thumbnails. One day it’ll work great , then the next day I have to restart my iPhone just to get them to load. Really frustrating and wish ARLO support would FIX this once and for all !!! Until they do I can only give this one measly start … sorry

Rubbish and frustrating
Spent 6 hours trying to add door bell and chime and now can’t connect to WiFi
I’m having burglaries in my house. D camera is not catching nothing and i’m they do not hold charge
I can’t catch nobody. The camera is not working. I’m having burglaries. It does not hold charge every morning from 5:30 to 9:30. The chemical goes off but during the daytime while I’m home it’ll be going off.
Stay Away from arlo and their products
I’ve owned Arlo products for many years, but the app experience has gone seriously downhill.
The app was never perfect, but it used to give you quick and easy access to your cloud videos and, importantly, your locally recorded footage. Now, finding locally recorded videos feels unnecessarily difficult, with important features buried under multiple menus.
It’s particularly frustrating because local recordings can be extremely important when you need to review footage after suspicious or unwanted activity at your property. Yet the app seems to prioritise subscription and premium features instead. There’s even a prominent button dedicated to calling a friend, while accessing your own locally recorded security footage is made far less obvious.
It increasingly feels like the app is designed to push users towards paying a subscription rather than simply providing a good experience for people who have already invested in Arlo hardware.
After years of using Arlo products, I’m left feeling that this is another company trying to milk more money from its customers without providing enough additional value in return. Very disappointing.
