So slow
I had to call in to get them to process my account application and then they have a ridiculous registration requirement for mobile check deposit and I’ve waited all week for them to authorize it and they still haven’t. If they didn’t have good interest rates I would go back to capital one in a heartbeat. As it is I’m going to have to deposit my checks to capital one and transfer to presidential after they clear. Their employees work at dmv speed.

Need to warn about mobile check deposit requirement
You do not accept a mobile check deposit unless it’s endorsed “for mobile deposit only into presidential bank” - you should warn the user of this when making the deposit, vs days later when you reject the deposit.
Do NOT use their check deposit
Takes longer and rejects for ridiculous reasons. I have been using BOA app to deposit checks, no issues whatsoever. Gave this app a try, same kind of checks got rejected by their human reviewing process! Value your time and money. Dont bother to use their check deposit function.

The apps works week but I use it 90% of time to deposit checks

I’m a new customer of presidential bank and recently opened my account with them. So far they seems to be as good as those big banks and their customer support is 100x more approachable! Good bank!
Mobile Deposit
Mobile Deposit needs some help. The camera is finicky and won’t see your endorsement, etc. this means you’re taking photos. The processing team requires you to write “mobile deposit only to presidential bank” which is a lot to require to be written on each check. I’ve been a long time customer of USAA and Wells Fargo and have had more checks rejected in this new account than I ever did in decades of banking.

Cannot do mobile deposit
I cannot do mobile deposit. It was never an issue before. Started getting “image is not clear” error about 2 months ago. No matter what I do, I get the same error. I have no problem doing mobile deposit to any other bank.
Slow bank
Presidential bank is the slowest bank. Taking the longest time to open and setup online banking account.
Great bank, solid app
App works very well, it’s stable, fast and very well designed. I gave it 4 stars b/c external transfers are not possible to do in the app and also because maximum of 3 external accounts can be linked, which is ridiculous. Bank has excellent customer service and I was told the external transfers are in the works.

Bait and Switch
Don’t trust their advertised rates; as soon as you go through the trouble to transfer your money, they’ll change the terms so you get almost 86% less than you thought. Can’t wait to close this account.
Continues to improve
Mobile deposit has made great improvements over the past year. The Bank continues to add features relevant to users. Can’t wait to see what is next.

Really useless. After 20 tries, it couldn’t take the complete check picture. At the end, I have to give up and deposit check somewhere else. Really need to improve mobile check deposit.
Straight forward and easy to navigate
The app is not fancy but it is really straight forward and easy to use. You. An check your balance, make internal transfers and schedule payment quickly. The only downside, which is not an app design flaw but a bank policy flaw, is that it requires you to write " for mobile deposit with presidential bank" on the back of a check in order to deposit it through the app.

Great Mobile Banking App
Very easy to use, especially now that it supports Touch ID (fingerprint login). Mobile check deposit feature is great, but beware that it sometimes cuts off the endorsement part of your check, especially in low light, which will cause your deposit to get rejected. Make sure to use a flash or good lighting and confirm the picture includes the full check before submitting.

Not impressed
First time using this app. Started out annoying. Downloaded and tried to deposit a check. Got message (last Monday) saying that I needed to be approved for using the mobile deposit service. Expect an approval email in 2 business days. Just got the email today (the following Monday-that's at least 4 full business days plus a weekend by my count) and tried to make my deposit again. Got to the picture taking part. The image quality is terrible (even if I only have an iPad 2-it's still a 2megapixel camera only 8 inches from the subject.) The image is set to very high contrast which makes the picture highly pixelated. The app made me retake the front image 7 times before accepting it and I'm pretty sure the image never got any better. I have not had these problems with the USAA mobile deposit app. This one needs a bit more work to be "easy" to use. Great idea--poor execution. If you have time to waste trying to get it to work or you "have" to get that deposit in and cannot get to an ATM, go for it. I'm waiting for version -2.0, maybe 2.1.

Love being able to make mobile deposits
This app finally makes it possible to make mobile deposits to my account at Presidential. My one wish is that instead of sending paper confirmations they would send me electronic confirmations of the deposits.

Deposit feature needs work
I've been online with Pres bank for years without problems. I assumed mobile deposit would be a great addition. I had to take more than 12 photos of each side of check to get accepted. There doesn't seem to be a proper connection between this app and the camera. What appears in my viewer and the resulting photo are never the same. Please go back and fix this.
