Love the presonus product but support is very poor lately Last update was a year ago. Please fix load of problems. App has no use.

After update of universal remote on computer all ios qmix users are back in business. Would be nice to have native ipad support so more chanels will appear on one screen to control without having to swipe screens
Broken!!
For years this has been stable system for our church. Using SL -remote and Q mix is essential as we often do not have a dedicated sound person. This update has ruined everything, I've gone through all the steps mentioned on the presonus site. Updated UC to 1.7.5.5 completely removed all presonus software and re-installed. Reinstalled the apps...nothing works. I'm locked out of the SL-Remote and Q-mix even though the connection is there, no device is shown on the Remote Devices: in setup within Studiolive

Thanks for sinking a bunch of venues all at once Presonus. Horrible idea releasing this before it is time. Sad day, need to start looking elsewhere for better brand.

Works now, but after 64 bit update, still doesnt fit screen. Very small.
Ability to save mix would be nice.

Poor update choice
Forcing the control terminal to update along with everyone else was a poor choice. Our sound board computer will not support the update, and now I, along with several others, are unable to connect. This makes it very difficult, and it makes the system useless. Please re-release the old version in a separate application for users like us who are unable to update the terminal. Until then, a 1 star review will remain.

Not ready for prime time.
Thanks for finally updating Presonus but now we can't use the app at all. It's just all grayed out. Please fix ASAP!!
Update: tech support is terrible. I was finally able to speak with a tech after being in hold for an hour. They tried to help but we weren't able to install the new Universal Control and even if we did, the layout on iPhone 7+ is terrible.

Update needs update of controller
Don't forget to update master controller.
It works again!!
Very frustrating with it not working for these new updates. but you have to update the universal control software on your computer then it will recognize your devices.
Update non-functional
Since updating my device does not show up on computer to be assigned and I can't adjust any mix even though it says it's connected. The display doesn't fill the entire screen either and seems slightly out of focus.
Presonus you guys are great and I know you're working on the issue. Thanks for supporting such an old product!

Unusable
Those in the band who didn't update, were fine. The two of us that did the update had issues:
Everything is greyed out and can't adjust anything.
It seems the two of us were linked. Our engineer couldn't separate our profiles. Either we both had my profile or we both had his.
UI doesn't fit the screen anymore.
64-bit is needed and necessary but the app is completely unusable after the update.

Updated QMix App Does Not Work!
We updated QMix per your recommendations and now it does not work. Help!!!

The last iteration was certainly buggy, but we just felt with it. The 64-bit version is broken. It does not work. If you haven't already updated DON'T! Unless your FOH engineer is cool to mix your monitors for you...

It was working great until the update. Now it won't work period and now the screen is 1/4 of the size. Fix this please

Well, it's usable now but it might use half the screen on a plus model phone, which makes it very difficult to use. Did you guys use a iPhone 3G to test this or something??? Your up to 2 stars

Parts of the display, especially after a screen rotate, are off screen. Gear icon to change setting and define "me" seems the be missing at time. When it is there it doesn't consistently work.
