Seems the app is for the Canada region only
Not quite sure if this app applicable to the Australian region. Otherwise this app should mention that's applicable in specific region only. (for this case the Canada region is required to add into the description)

The app won't load. Stays on the presotea logo and loads forever.

I am missing points. I emailed this company and no reply. What's the point of having an app that doesn't keep track of your purchases properly to earn stars? I am missing stars from 3 purchases.
Misleading - No wallet pass support
Does not support iOS built-in wallet passes, have to bring up the app to see the card.
