About
PressurePal is a clean blood pressure diary your doctor will actually read: fast entry, honest morning and evening trends, and a PDF summary built for the clinic.
LOGGED IN SECONDS
A large three-number pad with smart focus advance: type systolic, diastolic, and pulse without hunting for fields. AM or PM comes straight from the clock, and you can backdate a reading you took earlier.
WHAT'S IN THE APP
- Fast entry: three big fields, a large keypad, and a reading saved in about ten seconds
- Informational category chips: each reading shows the range it commonly falls in, from Low to Very high
- Context tags (Pro): mark meds, caffeine, and stress so patterns come with an explanation
- AM and PM trends: both series on one chart over 7, 30, or 90 days, plus weekly averages
- Measurement reminders: gentle morning and evening nudges at the times you choose
- Doctor PDF and CSV export (Pro): cover stats, AM and PM averages, a weekly table, and the full chronological log with your tags
- Your target line (new): a personal reference you set with your care team, drawn on the trend chart
- Deeper numbers (new, Pro): average MAP, pulse pressure, the share of readings within your target, and how consistently you measured
- CSV import (new, Pro): bring a diary over from another app or a spreadsheet with date, systolic, and diastolic columns
- Backup and restore (new): your whole diary in one file you keep
