Safety Concern
The app definitely has a glitch. I often get texts stating I requested a ride and the driver is on their way when I have not. I click on the link and it shows my name and information but no locations I recognize. Then I start getting random calls from drivers trying to “pick me up.” This especially sucks when it happens in the middle of the night, those calls wake me up. If I go to the app there is no record of me requesting a ride. Kind of scary to think my information is being given randomly. Please fix this. Obviously the app can use other improvements but this is a HUGE problem.

No pickup through app
Drivers are not picking up rides/fares through the app, so you end up having to call the base and pay out cash. One driver asked for cash (when ordered through the app) then called the base to state that he asked for cash, due to the company taking days to pay out the drivers. This stalls service and during this holiday season, it worsened. Customers are paying this with time wasted in getting to their destinations.

Terrible be careful
Sometimes they have people sharing accounts and it’ll show you its a certain car and when the car gets there it’s a totally different person and/or car. I do not recommend for single female travelers for this reason because if something happens the company will deny it saying that the driver isn’t one of their drivers when they’re the ones using the app in an illegally marked car that’s not licensed to take people. Also the drivers show up late more then half the time and a lot of them are very rude so is the dispatcher they always have an attitude.

First of all, the first time i tried calling they hung up on my face and they didn’t even let me finish, they are rude and disrespectful, i decided to give it another chance but its just disrespectful.

It took more money
I’ve been calling the base for a cab to go to work and come back home and every time I call the base for both rounds it’s $16 each round. I decided to use the app today for the first time and they charged me $25 although they see the history that I’ve been using the cab company and I’ve been charged $16
They still let the app charge me $25. They didn’t do anything to assist me or accommodate me. I will never use the service again.
