11street has the worst refund & exchange.
You better pray that seller send you the correct item, else you'll go through the painful refund/exchange. 11street doesn't have a efficient and proper timeline for refund/exchange. They will advise you to choose refund with 11street credits, which is supposed to be immediate, BUT IT IS NOT! I have 2 refund cases with 11street, but up-to-date, my account credit is still ZERO! Called to chase a few times, every time they tell me they have to check with PIC or respective department. My longest refund case has been dragged for 6 months now. 11street Malaysia just not efficient at all. I recommend you all switch to Shopee which is very efficient and fast. I'm not affiliated with Shopee, just a happy customer there. 11street should really learn from Shopee, especially when it comes to refund/exchange.
