11street has the worst refund & exchange.
You better pray that seller send you the correct item, else you'll go through the painful refund/exchange. 11street doesn't have a efficient and proper timeline for refund/exchange. They will advise you to choose refund with 11street credits, which is supposed to be immediate, BUT IT IS NOT! I have 2 refund cases with 11street, but up-to-date, my account credit is still ZERO! Called to chase a few times, every time they tell me they have to check with PIC or respective department. My longest refund case has been dragged for 6 months now. 11street Malaysia just not efficient at all. I recommend you all switch to Shopee which is very efficient and fast. I'm not affiliated with Shopee, just a happy customer there. 11street should really learn from Shopee, especially when it comes to refund/exchange.

buggy update
the most current update is just plain aweful, please fix the bugs, its so slow and the app just crashed most of the time and not responsive as it used to be
Bad app, worse service
After 15 weeks of waiting for my orders they still has not arrived. More than an hour of phone calls, several emails which didn't receive a response, promises to call me back with no call back. After 2 months of trying to get a refund I was finally told I had to initiate a cancellation and refund through the WEBSITE as this isn't possible on the APP. Trying the website on 3 different browsers on different devices the "option" to select an item as 'undelivered' does not appear on the website either, technical support was meant to get back to me but never did. The only advantage of the 11 street app over the Lazada app is that you can sort by "free shipping" and that is it. Will not use 11 street ever again. Definitely going back to Lazada.

FIX THE SCROLLING PHYSICS
For the love of g*d, fix the scrolling physics in your app. Not to mention the tap sensitivity for a link, I will move finger slightly and it will register it as a tap into the product page. It feels like a rough port of an Android app over to iOS.
