Buggy and incomplete
Misleading support documentation on using the drive client (which platforms are supported, out of date walkthroughs & screenshots). The downloads work often, but not always and for large files either not at all or freezes the drive window until a force refresh. Also, approval requests just show a blank screen and you have to go to a Windows machine with the desktop app to even approve device access requests.
Overall the app feels severely incomplete and neglected. Like the kind of tech that ceases development after the minimum viable product is published. I can honestly say I’ve never disliked an app or service as much as this one.

Not a reputable company.
Buyer beware. Purchased their full product after being oversold and mislead. Messed up data on my hard drive. Promised a refund but then never came through. One star only because was not zero would appear.
I don’t understand your bz model
Seems like a good idea end to end protection, but according to the data supplied by the vendor to apple, it just has to look at the content and other identity info about you, so they can what? Sell it? Help the ‘authorities"? I’m being monetized agaisnt my will. So, nah I think not. I can zip my content too and that is encrypted as well. 3 year old comments are the best you can do?

Tried multiple times to install but system runs back on itself in an endless loop of asking for emails and login data.
Security without the hassle
This app handles all the encryption seamlessly. Easy to share folders with family members and email with my accountant
Great but doesn't support multiple accounts
Works great however can't setup for additional email accounts.
