I love Previ
I love Previ, and the new app is awesome. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t use Previ.
Awesome app!
Give great insight into my account and ability to make changes easily.
Sucks
Previ sucks ssa
Amazing
For only 27 a month plus a 99 a year subscription, I’m definitely saving money compared to me going through AT&T or T Mobile directly. I also have been getting consistently good service compared to Verizon and T Mobile. The customer service is exceptional as well and they assisted me with my no signal issue. I recommend this company.

Luisa is helpful but Previ sucks
They told me they would pay my phone off and I would then do the payments through them. They paid T-mobile for my phone and then took the money back and a few months later my service got shut off (despite paying my bill) I didn’t have service for two weeks.
Finally Luisa a support member for Previ helped me over the phone. They had to call a bunch of people from T-Mobile to fix it.
I hated not having service for two weeks.

Horrible.
Horrible customer service, horrible app. They tell you to go to the app to add a line, or pay your bill, then you go, it’s not possible, then you reach out via chat or phone - and mind you via chat they take a full day to reply - if they do - and via phone when you call they say wait 2 mins, you wait 30 and they hang up on you - then they tell you to go to the website. Purchased two new iPhones with them, got charged, never got a tracking number, never got the phones, still going back and forth with them. They are useless, I keep getting transferred via chat or phone to new people and they keep telling me someone else will help.
You get what you pay for. It’s a cheap monthly but a horrible experience and service, horrible app. I swear I think there are 2 people that work here and they do not communicate with each other.

Great Plans and App
Previ has saved me a ton of money. App is extremely user friendly, and the customer service is attentive. Love it so far, a year in
Not worth the hassle
I would recommend looking for other options. You will have zero support when you need it. Any simple issue will be handled by texting and it can take hours to hear anything back. This company absolutely does not care if they leave you without phone service. For a $99 annual fee, timelier service should be provided.

Pretty Useless App
The app is honestly pretty useless. To add a line you have to go through the website. Every time you open the app it asks you to enable notifications until you select “enable.” The only functionality in the app is the chat but the Previ AI Assistant usually covers up the chat window. The chat on the app is pretty useless too because you can just text them and get the same responses. I see no benefit to having an app other than it tells you what your bill is, which you could just get via an email? Save some money and nix the app or make it worthwhile to use.

I don’t understand the negative reviews?
Previ was offered as a perk through my employer and the savings have been amazing! I received 1 year free through my employer and have not thought about switching back to T-Mobile directly. The sign up process was seamless and the transfer caused no disruptions. The amount of negative reviews is a bit odd as the only con I see is that you have to purchase a new phone through Previ. But aside from that, no issues whatsoever. All the negative reviewers are trippin’.

STAY AWAY
I got a referral to this app from work so I thought it was legit. While filling out forms and seeing the cost it actually cost me more than T-mobile was charging me so I never submitted or finished it. Well later the next day all of my tmobile lines got transferred. Previ was a PAIN and said they couldn’t do anything. So I talked to tmobile and got it all back. Now a year later they are texting me saying that I owe them a balance for paying off my phones. (I have reciepts showing I paid them off myself). And a year later they are trying to pull out of my account!!! So I had to report them to my bank as fraud. Whatever you do don’t give them ANY information.

Great price but super buggy, customer service is good
The app is super buggy and doesn’t work when doing self service tasks like adding a new line or trying to buy a phone. I end up having to chat with customer service who do a good job. The price is great so I’ll deal with the buggy app. Five stars if you get that fixed!
Horrible onboarding process
I attempted to switch to Previ. Customer service for Previ kept telling me that the port out would occur several times including overnight. It either was never done or failed. I have been without cell service for 3 days without any prioritization or fix from Previ. Truly nightmare onboarding experience with Previ. I have ported out from another carrier before and it was quick and effortless. Not sure why this process with Previ is any different.

Over promised, can’t deliver
You should know customer service is not available outside of banker’s hours. You can’t get something for nothing and with Previ you’ll trade dependability, transparency, and service for a slightly lower price. Use your time to shop for the best plan direct from carrier and you’ll come out ahead. Previ is nothing more than a sales pitch.

Excellent Service
This company is great
Useless?
Just switched to Previ and so far so good but this app is just a payment portal essentially. You can’t see your lines or their usage, you can’t shop, you can’t do really anything. It tells me my own name on a card with the year I joined which is pointless. I’m looking forward to more functionality!
Not worth it
I signed up a few days ago and they told me since I’m already on AT&T I have to go to T-Mobile. I decided to go to T-Mobile but the customer service is not good at all. There’s no way you can call someone and get a hold of anyone right away. I can’t imagine having an issue and wanting to call them and having my issue resolved in the future. I have texted them multiple times and no one responds. I won’t be transferring my line to Previ. Not worth the hassle and inconvenience for such an important asset.

App is Useless.
I have an account with Previ through my employer. I love the huge discount on my plan, but it feels like I have very little control over my account. I want to go paperless with my billing statements through T-Mobile, and was told by Previ that I could access my invoices through the app, but the app is useless. All it does is show your recent bills and lets you change info. That’s it. Why even put the effort into developing an app that has no purpose?

Great idea, poor execution
The service is a great idea- apply the same collective bargaining techniques that get used for insurance to phone plans. The execution, however, is flawed. Upgrading phones? I’ve been missing cell service while waiting all day for CS to fix the plan migration that would have happened automatically on a regular account. Customer service NEEDS to be more responsive (10 minutes max between messages, not 2+ hours), the issues with onboarding and upgrading need fixed (this should be as transparent as on a regular phone plan, but isn’t for some reason), and there needs to be a clearly defined exit path for returning to a normal service (which I’m seriously considering after the nonsense today).

Simple but not polished
Basic app that does the job for the most part.
The support section however is broken. The chat layout is misaligned and messages are truncated on the right side.
