New update has ruined it
Have used this app for years but unfortunately the new update is so unfunctional. Can’t seem to do basic things like simple editing and cropping pics for the grid any more, and the interface is so much more confusing to use. Real shame, I hope they change it back or fix a lot of the basic features

Can’t use and not user friendly at all after update and added features, sooo confusing now. Was simple and straight forward before now i can’t figure out how to do the most basic things, bad bad update after using this for years
Most recent update is horrible
I don’t like or an unable to figure out how to edit the photos i want to post. Was this taken away? Do i have to edit my photos in another app and then upload to preview?? The version before was perfect. Ugh why do they have to change things.
Account not working and no reply with customer help
I've been emailing and no one has reached out to help with the issues I'm having. I've paid for the premium account and it's not working.
Broke something that worked fine
App was perfect until they upgraded it and genuinely nothing make sense now. Photos are so low quality now and it’s not user friendly. I won’t use it anymore - shocking

Really like this app, please keep the ability to double tap to view a photo in the grid.
Pleas bring back functionality to replace the photo after pressing edit > view photo > replace photo
why? I may have hundreds of photos and rather than uploading a new one and doing A LOT of scrolling to drag it down / finding the pic within grid to swap. I can add to an exact square I want via replica > camera roll which is so much easier!

Hate it after update
This was my go to app for picture edits and it did a 180 after the update. Not user friendly and is telling me I need to downgrade my subscription to use the free version when I never had a subscription to begin with. Need to find a new one to use now.
Disappointed update 😒
Preview has been my # 1 app for planning Instagram content for years but I absolutely hate the latest update. I'm happy it didn't disrupt the current layout that I already set but it's so glitchy and doesn't even work half the time. Also, I absolutelyyyy HATE the way the carousel posts work now! The dimensions when trying to crop is a nightmare. I'll definitely have to find an alternative app for planning now.

Was better before the update
This app is great, although I’m not really impressed with the update. I’ve been using this app for years and haven’t had any issues with it until recently. Cropping photos is annoying and very difficult now, I have to crop all of my photos in my camera roll before importing them to the app.
Won’t log in, zero customer service
This app doesn’t work. The “customer service” team will be unable to help. Refund request ignored. Terrible product.
Ruined - Fix it please
This app was amazing untill they updated it and now the app is terrible nothing works. You used to be able to preview your pictures into feed view it was simple and it worked, now they have tried to add features and overcomplicate it and it literally does not work for the one purpose it used to be good for, it will not preview your images anymore it doesn’t size them correctly , they will appear with a huge grey border around them . They need to fix it . If I could put zero stars I would but I would have put 5 stars before, this review is a request for them to RELEASE THE OLD VERSION PLS this new update is terrible it doesn’t work . Please give us back the old version that actually worked and the new UI makes everything 10X more difficult to do , it would now take 20 clicks what I used to be able to do in one, they’ve made it difficult to upload photos into the app…. Literally the only purpose of the app

Can no longer edit photos!
Why did you ruin a good thing? Loved the editing feature of the previous app. This one you can’t edit photos!
Worst app out there
Very bad customer service and the UI tools are not the best in the market. Very outdated in fact.
Latest updates ruined the experience for me (
I mean it was quite simple and friendly, but the actual update is just too complicated. To make a classic carousel post now looks like a fight with a bunch of extra options to me, and it won’t be able to even display the pictures correctly for some reason.
Update is HORRIBLE
I used this app for YEARS and loved it. Now I HATE it. This update is full of glitches and makes simple editing much more complicated. If this is not improved soon, I’m deleting and moving to a different app.

I loved using this app for a long time, it was simple. Now this update just ruins everything.
Major app redesign FAIL
I have been using this app for year and year and loved it - now they have completely removed the old editing workflow from the main screen. Filters are gone and the classic filter packs (A1–A10). The editing interface is much more complicated and unnecessary. Very unfortunate.

I used to love this app, something changed completely I can’t edit things anymore I’ve tried emailing and I got nothing. I’ve asked chat gpt to help me fix it. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded I hate the new update.
