Great wrk out.
The best part of this is that each exercise has a video. This is great so you learn how to pace yourself. Such a great burn. The variety of work outs is wonderful too. Extremely well done planning. I can see why this guy is a celebrity trainer.
Buggy app and unresponsive customer service
A real shame as the content is good. I expected more for the price per month
App Clunky, Gym Program good
I want to give this a 5 star rating but I just can’t. Jacks Programming is great and love the mobility and cardio but that’s where to good stuff ends. The app is slow and clunky. It’s hard to use whilst working out. Would give 1 start out of 10 if it wasn’t for Jacks knowledge and what I’ve learnt from him online over the years. App needs a lot of work though

PRGRM APP
App is really good, easy to follow and check back on your history etc. although they have tripled the price recently 🙃
App Has Kinks to Work Out.
Love the tutorials and fitness schedule. Unfortunately the app has kinks to work out. The app jumps ahead during workouts and loses the data you have entered previously. No way to backtrack unless starting all over even if you are an hour into a workout. Hopefully kinks get worked out.
Can’t recomend this app highly enough
Try it out for at least three months and thank yourself later. Incredible value for money and it works. Get after it.
Program is great, app is sluggish
The science behind the program, the routines are all 5 star. The app is sluggish. I’m on an iPhone 14 pro with the latest updates and I couldn’t access one of the mobility routines as it was stuck on the first menu page to choose which area of the body I wanted to work on. I selected another mobility training and it did let me select the training area but took a good 3 mins to load the video. I’ve noticed the app really has trouble in areas with not a lot of wifi or 5Gbandwidth. But if I can load YouTube videos in this same bandwidth at the same location (all things being equal) there should be no reason this app can’t start or preload a video. This seems like a coding issue to me.

Simple & effective!
This Program App is the best I’ve ever used.
So easy to understand.
Simple & effective movements.
Very flexible so I can use it on my busy schedule.
And the added support from Jack & his team is great! 😁

Learning and loving it!
I’ve been lifting and exercising for 20 years on my own without much direction. Jack’s training programs and exercise education through the app is the first time I have felt real PROGRESS, like I’m finally training smarter instead of harder. I’m learning about how mobility, cardio and strength are interconnected. And I’m learning new skills and mobility routines I’ll have forever. I also LOVE that the program is all laid out for me so all I have to do is follow the exercises. The end result is I’m over 40 and I feel less lower back pain, I’ve gained 8 pounds of muscle, and I have MORE ENERGY!

Top fitness App
This is the best fitness app out there.
I’m an ex international athlete and I know how hard it is to take the time to correctly programme a good fitness regime.
Jack’s App takes all the time and stress out of trying to do it myself. Through its use, my strength is good, my fitness is still up there, and very importantly for me, the App helps with my mobility and joint health. An area I have often neglected but find increasingly important. Luckily, I let Jack do all the hard graft in learning about all the latest fitness material and pour it into the app for me to use.
It’s easy to navigate and there are some useful forums for questions and answers etc. I would recommend this to anyone who takes fitness seriously and wants to stay on top of their general health and well-being.

Very Efficient Workout Program
I’m a big fan of the PRGRM workouts. PRGM consists of three main elements – strength training, cardio, and mobility – leading to an overall approach to fitness. The strength training sessions, depending on the program chosen, have 3 to 4 functional exercises. These exercises are based on movements rather than body parts. Movement are very diverse – comprised of multi-joint movements, body weight movements, and one-leg and/or one-arm movements that require core stability. For each exercise Jack provides a targeted number of reps along with a specific level of effort. The level of effort increases over a four-week timeframe and then the workouts start over with new movements. Four weeks is a good timeline for make progress while still not getting in a rut. (The minimal number of exercises performed is deceptively effective. I’ve made solid gains in strength as well as increased muscle size and tone.)
Prior to PRGRM I never performed mobility work. Now, every morning I do one of Jack’s five minute mobility workouts. I believe these mobility exercises, combined with the strength training warm-ups, have prevented any injuries. I’m also looking forward to starting the 30 day Mobility challenge.
The cardio workouts are also straightforward with a set time and targeted heart rate. Thankfully these are only two days a week…
Jack is very knowledgeable and very professional. He promptly addresses questions that are posted in PRGRM or emailed directly to him. I’d highly recommend trying PRGRM.

PRGRM Has Made All the Difference
I started using PRGRM after years of training on my own. Jack’s methodologies are so spot on and have had a major impact on my fitness. The movements and workouts are balanced and I’ve seen significant increases in all aspects of my fitness. I very much recommend Jack’s programming.
Ticks all my boxes
Prior to joining PRGRM, Covid forced cancellation of structured group sessions so I started to put together a garden gym.
I was aware of the general movement principles of push, pull etc. and was using them in a series of sessions I’d cobbled together from IG etc.
Some of these I knew were valid, like Dan John, however I knew my sessions lacked disciplined structure and I was certainly in the dark regarding reps, rest and progression (I didn’t join DJ as I don’t want to pursue lifting as a main output, rather, at 56, I’m interested in building and maintaining functional strength and mobility).
Part of this was getting a Polar fitness watch, through which I discovered Jack as an ambassador and his snippets of Anti-Hiit etc. so I started to look at what Jack was doing on IG, signed up to his weekly email newsletter and was inspired to subscribe to the PRGRM App.
This has proved to be a significant improvement to my sessions, certainly in terms of employing those principles and learning about the reps, rest etc.
I joined the Thrive element of the App, which includes two full body strength, two cardio and a mobility session over a week. This perfectly suits my schedule and the range of home equipment I have.
The program has content for about 10 months, with each month changing so its not the same thing all the time and progression is built in.
Each monthly block is accompanied with full video or illustrated descriptions of what to expect in the next 4 weeks, giving proper technique.
Then you are guided through follow along video for every exercise (great for timing reps).
You’re given suggested reps/rest/weights, however you can adjust these to suit as you go and as you complete each exercise you record what you did in a few touches of the screen.
Each session ends with a summary of how many KG you ‘moved’ and you can record and view your reps/kg etc.
You can always repeat, go back and forth if you lose your place.
Whilst it’s there, I don’t use the audio prompts on the strength sessions, so not disturbing others and I can play music.
I do find the prompts on the cardio useful though as the rep/rest timing is much quicker.
Cardio is somewhat less guided – you can record sessions, however you’ll learn from Jack how and why CV contributes to functional strength and how best to incorporate into your own preference and schedule.
The Mobility sessions sort of ‘wrap up’ the week, with Jack guiding you through movements to support and complement what you’ve done and get ready for next week.
All programs need some equipment, which any good gym would have.
In my home setup for the Thrive program I already had some basic DB, a step/bench and some resistance bands, which are adequate to start the program. Along the way, I’ve made good investments in Landmine, barbell and plates etc., which enable me to flow better through the sessions and certainly to make the progressions.
By far my best investment, recommended by consulting with Jack as my online coach, has been dial-in dumbbells, which are an expensive outlay (£300+), however, as PRGRM mostly uses DB these have been fantastic for changing kg in seconds and building on increasing weight etc. If you can, get some.
I’ve used PRGRM for a year now and I know I’ve improved in that time.
I don’t weigh myself, but I’ve gone up a size in clothes due to visible muscle growth – a costly side effect?! Perhaps.
My strength is much improved, which I can see in PRGRM with the progression in reps or weight in certain movements; and you just seem to ‘know’.
I’ve not become a musclebound gym hulk (not my intention or expectation), however I can see and feel I’m in much better ‘shape’ and condition than months ago, which can only continue to improve.
In summary, PRGRM is an easy to follow App, with several programs to suit your requirements, ability, schedule etc.
You are guided the whole way with video, audio, tutorial throughout, along with weekly ‘coach emails’, There is an online community and a facility to ask questions directly to Jack (not live chat, but you’ll get timely answers and advice).
Subscription to PRGRM is extremely good value for money, much cheaper than a personal gym coach, but close to the same thing; and of course its tried and tested content that you can trust. Unlike most of IG today!
I have no regrets in choosing PRGRM and its now a part of my standard routine that delivers on results and fits my lifestyle.

5*
I have been using PRGRM for quite a while now and would highly recommend the app for beginners who are new to exercising as Jack explains the exercise movements/patterns in clear and simple terms. I like the structure PRGRM has given me and although I do not follow it strictly, I do find the workouts to be beneficial and I have developed my confidence in the gym over the years. Jack really knows his stuff and I will continue to use the app and continually challenge myself in the future. I also like the fact that there is a community within the app that will encourage and motivate each other.
