Important enhancement
When you submit for a prescription refill when there is zero refills left, the prescription disappears from your list and you no longer see it listed. It would be great if it would be listed as a status of “In Doctor Review” so you know it is being processed. I love the app, but I’m constantly calling the pharmacy to see if my zero refills are actually getting filled because they are no longer visible until they are being filled.

Cannot get into the app
I can never get into the app I can click login what seems like a million times it won’t load and if it does it tells me the session has expired and to log in again to which I can’t get into the app
App doesn’t work !
Can’t register there is no RX number on my scripts only a barcode. Then I used the scan feature and found a number yet it says it can’t be found. Makes life more complicated especially for people with chronic health conditions like diabetes. Please fix this!
PAINFUL
This app is by far the slowest app on my phone, which is BRUTAL because it’s one of the most important. Please take a look and update it. Sometimes log in works and sometimes not, but you can’t tell the difference because even when it does work it takes two minutes and provides zero indication that something is happening. Help, please!

Trying to create account-the Rx number is too long for what is allowed by app

No matter how many times I click loggin it stays on the main screen once in a blue moon it works after clicking loggin what seems like a million times it works

Is the site even fully working? I’ve been using the app for a year or two with its quirks. Now they updated and it’s not functional at all. I don’t need to see FAQs (for every single feature) I need to see my account! Can’t do that now, it appears that the update was launched without being tested? Let’s just revert back to the previous quirky version.

Doesn’t Recognize Anything….
It doesn’t let me make an account even though all my info matches, can’t find any stores, doesn’t scan my prescription correctly (it always leaves out the last number), and when I type in my prescription it says it’s an invalid prescription even though I picked it up less than a month ago. I’ll give it another go with my next prescription and write an update.

Please fix your app! I’m so tired of having to close and reopen 100 times before I can refill meds. This is ridiculous! Love the ease of being able to order from an app - hate how it only works when it wants too!

What is going on with this app? Every couple of weeks I have problems logging in! 3 days now I can’t get logged in and the last update was like 5 months ago! I sign in and all it does is the is give the spinning circle and then stops and stays on the signin page! Please fix immediately and make it work

Login troubles
Usually a reliable app, but past few days I am unable to login. I see others complaining of same issue.

Fine When It Works
This app is fine if it works correctly. For the past two months, my prescriptions have not shown in the app and I have to call there pharmacy each month to make sure they actually have my prescriptions on file. I submitted a request to the app team to have them review this issue and the answer I received was “your prescriptions will show once they’re filled”. Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I’m an idiot. I reported the issue because I knew that this is not the case. The prescriptions usually show once the pharmacy receives the script from my doctor. Completely terrible service on a mediocre app.

Used To Be Great- Server Issues
What happened??? This app has been going downhill on and off for over a year. Are their SERVERS really that bad? Trying to get logged in is almost impossible. Once in 50 tries I get through. Sometimes nothing all day. Update this app or your SERVERS. This is ridiculous!

Un Installed it
The app worked fine until one day 2022 I could no longer log in. Called support (Victoria) and she could not figure it out. Days later ,many back and forth calls and emails and still no fix, the support people started to become rude. So… don’t need it, and don’t need you. Bye bye.

Exactly what it is supposed to do!
I take a number of medication every day and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without the services of my price chopper pharmacy team and this app. From the exceptional service and obvious caring, to the ability to place refill orders anytime, anywhere, Price chopper pharmacy and this app I have reduced the stress of keeping current with my medications.
