Buggy app unlike before
It keeps logging me out and it keeps asking for otp verifications every time I log in. It takes awhile for the otp to arrive. It sometimes resets my mpin for some reason as well. Please fix this
Credit card top up is not working
Credit card top up is not working. I tried using cc from different banks. This feature was not working since 2023 until now 2026

Sobrang nakakatulong talaga to save fuel, and the quality is great! The customer service via Messenger is really helpful, they’re very knowledgeable and friendly! If ever you encounter a problem accessing the app, just uninstall and reinstall it, then restart your device. Basic troubleshooting and common sense na lang if you’re a techy person. Thank you, PriceLOCQ! I’d definitely recommend you to my friends and family!

Easy to use and able to load gas at a very affordable price . This is a very budget friendly , convenient, and cost savings app
FIX YOUR CASH IN
I am unable to cash in using my credit cards and debit cards. This is extremely frustrating as I am able to use them before. Please fix this immediately. Already used different cards from different banks and all the same.

Preferred station is not changing anymore even though i already gassed up multiple times at my nearest station.
SCAM APP!!
This scam app will take your money and say that the transaction failed when in fact, it’s already been taken from your bank account. When you contact their support, it takes them at least one week to respond and just says that the transaction was processed already and they just close your ticket without even confirming if you they have already addressed your issue. This good for nothing application just keeps on taking people’s money for themselves and we can’t do anything. I’m so freakin disappointed with this app and if only I can choke these people, I will. I HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE

Always gassed up seamlessly and availed of accompanying discounts via vouchers through the app. I unfortunately cannot share/generate a referral link via the influencer challenge in the game. I couldn’t share it with my friends 🥲
