Se mantiene caída, cuando uno necesita que funcione no funciona, nadie lleva la membresía física por lo que debe uno acercarse a información para poder tener acceso al almacen, la verdad deberían revisar como ponen a funcionar esta aplicación y si no pueden quítenla del todo.

No he podido iniciar sesión nunca, cuando se queda la tarjeta piden que uno muestre la app, pero no funciona ni con ayuda de los trabajadores de servicio al cliente de Pricesmart…

Developers need to be fired, terrible app
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been at the checkout line only for the app to refuse to load or take forever for me to have to log into the app so my membership appears. I’ve had to get out of the checkout line multiple times because the app hadn’t loaded my membership by the time the cashier asks me for it. I’m fed up with dealing with these bugs. Please give us the option to download our membership to Apple wallet so we don’t have to rely on a unreliable app.

Error al iniciar sesión en la app
Después de activar la verificación en dos pasos, ya no puedo iniciar sesión en la app. Me dice que la contraseña es incorrecta y el enlace para cambiarla no funciona. En la página web sí puedo entrar normalmente.
Keeps logging out
While it’s convenient to always have my membership card in my phone, the fact that every time I go to a store and open the app, it’s logged out, which makes it somewhat useless if efficiency was the goal here.
I have noticed that other people spend a minute on their phone because of this as well.
If there’s a technical limitation to keep the session, perhaps enabling adding it to the Apple Wallet could help, which would make it even more practical.

Terrible app and website
I expect better from PriceSmart considering how much people spend on membership among other things. The app is extremely glitchy. Ordering online is very hit or miss. Things don’t load and when I’m in store the service is slow to boot.
Irresponsive and slow
This app always fails to load the membership data so I have to reload. Very poor performance and slow app. Need several improvements to make it faster.
App constantly logs out users
The app logs users out when there is no internet connection, which prevents access to the membership barcode required at checkout. This creates a poor user experience, especially if one has no mobile data or WIFI.
The app also blocks screenshots of the membership card, so users cannot rely on a saved image as a backup.
Offline access to the membership card should be supported.
