Downloaded on iOS and it’s not working just loading forever
Poor Experience
Prime cinema should really focus more on online booking and app development, neither the site or the app doesn’t have any online booking options. Should I really have to drive all the way to the cinema to check availability?! Far behind the competitors.

As the title says this app is working anymore, I can’t even see the movie times, long in, or book a ticket, so this app needs to be updated, and probably a redesign

Can’t create account and reservation problems
When you reserve seats and exit the page you can’t go back and pay by visa. Seats will be reserved by your mobile number and it’s not good

My experience
I really love this app. It helped in all my needs, and I love using this app.
It takes care of all the problems of booking a ticket, and allows me to go to the cinema without waiting in line to book the tickets.
This gives me more time to get the snacks and not worry about missing some of the movie

Prime Cinema
When I downloaded the app I thought of having something different than what’s on the internet. The app lacks more features e.g. I would prefer to keep a record of films I have seen and at the same time have the option to choose 1- Interested 2- Seen at (....) Cinema. 3- date seen. The developer should be more creative.
