App support
I’ve been a very active user of this app in the past, t currently the MaF login page will not allow me to log in. I’ve had to just add a browser shortcut to my phone, which is much less convenient. This combined with the new lack of a tap-to-pay at the cinema kiosks (you need to scan a code to pay which takes you to a browser page), and the whole experience of paying for a movie at VOX has gotten much more difficult. I love VOX - I probably go to 5-6 movies a month. And I will continue to, but I can’t get a response from the app support and updates haven’t solved my problem. I hope it gets fixed soon, would update my rating…

App is not working as of July 2026
I updated the app and i can select the mall movie etc. when i click on the timing of the movie to select seats everything is disabled for all the movies and shows. The app then is useless if I can’t book through it.
Booking time not working to validate
Tried 4 different cards and all say offers not working what’s the point if the app doesn’t work when we want to book, seats were available but the app constantly doesn’t work
